Delivery and returns


We are happy to offer priority shipping for all orders placed on our site.

The cost of local sales taxes and customs fees are included in the purchase price.

All WOODSKINE products are delivered in a box and storage bag signed WOODSKINE, by DHL Express or Swiss Post Priority (only for deliveries in Switzerland).

Delivery may take 1-3 business days and up to 3-5 business days from date of shipment, depending on destination country.

We will email you the tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours of the order being dispatched and therefore you may not see any information immediately after dispatch. We kindly ask you to check the next day.

A signature is required on delivery of all orders for security reasons. If no one is available to sign for the package for two consecutive business days, the delivery person will leave a notification and a contact number.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday during business hours (9am to 5pm), excluding national holidays.


Due to the global situation due to COVID-19, our return policy has been extended to 30 days for all orders.

Once we have verified the integrity of the items, we will accept the return and process the refund. Item verification takes 3-5 business days.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after acceptance of the return, directly to the card or other payment method used for the initial purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately one week after our refund confirmation email. The exact time depends on banking procedures.
